The execution of any work depends on the formal acceptance of the quotation or proposal by the client.
After the award of the work, the following may be defined:

Materials to be used
Finishes
Transport and installation responsibilities
Need for measurements, validations or technical visits
Access conditions to the construction site
Grande Forja reserves the right to adjust deadlines or execution conditions whenever there are external factors, project changes, third-party delays, unforeseen site conditions or material unavailability.

7. Execution Deadlines
The communicated deadlines are estimates based on the information available at the time of the proposal.
Changes may occur due to reasons such as:
Changes requested by the client
Lack of technical information
Weather conditions, where applicable
Supplier delays

Additional work not initially foreseen
Need for technical validations
Grande Forja undertakes to inform the client of any relevant changes that may affect the execution of the work.

8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing correct, complete and up-to-date information about the project.
Where applicable, the client must ensure:

Authorisation for the execution of the work
Availability for measurements or validations
Minimum safety and installation conditions
Information regarding technical, legal or structural limitations of the site

9. Project Changes
Any change to the project after the award of the work may result in a revision of the price, deadline and execution conditions.
Changes must be communicated in writing and accepted by Grande Forja before their implementation.

10. Materials, Finishes and Tolerances
Grande Forja works with materials and finishes appropriate to the nature of each project, such as steel, stainless steel, Corten steel, hot-dip galvanising, metallisation, lacquering, painting, powder coating or other technical finishes.
There may be slight variations in colour, texture, finish or material behaviour, especially in metal solutions subject to industrial processes, outdoor exposure or manufacturing specificities.
These variations shall not be considered a defect when they are within the normal tolerances of the production process or the material used.

11. Warranties and Complaints
The work carried out by Grande Forja complies with the technical criteria defined in the quotation and the applicable legal rights.
Any complaint must be submitted in writing, with a clear description of the situation and, whenever possible, photographs or supporting documentation.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Improper use
Lack of maintenance
Intervention by third parties
Unauthorised modifications
Accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
Unforeseen aggressive external conditions
Improper use of equipment or structures
Whenever justified, Grande Forja will analyse the situation and indicate the appropriate solution.

12. Maintenance
Some metal works may require periodic maintenance, especially when installed outdoors or in environments subject to humidity, salinity, chemicals, intensive wear or climatic variations.
Maintenance may include cleaning, inspection of fixings, servicing of automation systems, preservation of finishes, lubrication or other specific care.
Failure to carry out proper maintenance may reduce the durability of the materials and finishes.

13. Photographs and Completed Projects
Grande Forja may display on its website, social media or commercial materials images of completed works, provided that no confidential or sensitive client information is disclosed.
If the client wishes to restrict the publication of images of a project, this intention must be communicated in writing.
The images, texts, descriptions and contents published on the website belong to Grande Forja or are used with authorisation and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior authorisation.

14. Intellectual Property
